Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I am an executive coach in Phoenix Arizona. My diverse corporate background and extensive executive coaching experience allows me to closely empathize with the challenges faced by business leaders today. After more than 10 years of coaching senior leaders one-on-one, I'm finding myself doing more work with senior management teams and supporting organizations who have a critical executive transition in process. In the current economic climate, companies understand the advantage of having a high performing leadership team and well managed
succession processes.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, I held a variety of leadership positions at Charles Schwab, initially in brokerage management and later in technology and talent management. At Schwab, I led teams who designed and delivered innovative programs that specifically targeted the strategic management of talent and the improvement of business results.

Recently I have coached and worked with a variety of leaders and leadership teams at companies such as Allstate, American Express, Ameriprise Financial, Bain Capital, American Family Insurance, Bank of America, CareerBuilder, D.E. Shaw, EDS, Expedia, Grant Thornton, Hewlett Packard, Highline Capital, Honeywell Aerospace, ING, Intel, Scottsdale Insurance, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Salt River Project, and Tenet Healthcare.
