The five steps in our process are:
- Define the organization's needs
- Review current leadership capability
- Identify leadership positions that need to be filled in the next 1-3 years
- Establish developmental plans for key internal leaders
- Map the full talent pool at the senior management level
Our process is guided by a series of tools and assessments. Often, we are only working on a very small number of critical roles that require succession planning. Consulting is provided to internal partners to support the development of comprehensive talent pool information in light of corporate strategy and with the goal of identifying any deficiencies or potential problems.
