I make a carefully curated library of resources available to my clients. Here are some sample resources (if you want a login for the library, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org).
- The most comprehensive book I’ve read is “The Strategy Book” by Max McKeown
- A newer book “Strategy That Works” is a deeper dive into how companies can bridge the strategy/execution gap by focusing on building capability.

- There are many books about teams and teaming. I admire Patrick Lencioni’s work (though it does have some short-comings). His model for the Five Dysfunctions of a Team (I’d start with his field-book) is simple and my clients like it a lot. He has written a book about The Ideal Team Player.
