My clients report that the most valuable resources I provide to them are a “Planning for Performance” workbook and an article called “Scheduling for Success.” Please contact me if you are interested in having a copy.
There are many books about teams and teaming. I admire Patrick Lencioni’s work (though it does have some short-comings). His model for the Five Dysfunctions of a Team (I’d start with his field-book) is simple and my clients like it a lot. He has written a book about The Ideal Team Player.
