There are many books about teams and teaming. Patrick Lencioni’s work is admirable (though it does have some shortcomings). His model for the Five Dysfunctions of a Team (start with his field-book) is simple and Damien’s clients like it a lot. He has also written a book about The Ideal Team Player.
